TV Setup and Connection

the installer obviously knew what he was doing, he set the tv up very quickly and did an excellent job of explaining the controls. he was neat in his work and cleaned up after the installation. i give the young man high marks for his professionalism.

He was on time, put the TV in place and set up in record time. Very efficient and friendly.

Ricardo was wonderful. Set everything up, explained and answered all my questions. Very professional in every way.

First he called to let us know he was on his way, then he arrived and went right to work and had the tv set up and running on about 15 min.. When finished he explained what we had to do which was simple. GREAT JOB.
