The Tech was really good, however all the items that I needed to work with were addressed very well as I approved of his work yes, but, ideally I would have liked the CD player to work separate from the TV. As of now I can't play the CD Payer without the TV scree being on at the same time. I think the CD player should play separate without the TV being on. Yes?

He has been a professional, knows his technical knowledge and very good. I had a problem 10 minutes after he left and he found the time the next evening to come back and stayed until the problem was solved. Couldn't be any happier. This is not the first time I have used Ricardo and it won't be the last.
